A driver seen observing his prayers on the expressway

A tanker driver decided to waste other people's precious time in the name of religion.
This happen along the Benin-Ore expressway. The driver who can best be described as a fanatic was seen observing his afternoon prayers in the middle of the road while other road users were left stranded watching with utmost dismay.
This act is totally condemned. The law enforcement  agents should try as must as possible to bring people like this to book.
